Zapata spent over fourteen years in active duty before taking his position in the reserves and was recently promoted to Staff Sergeant E-6.

Eddie Perez joined the Stevenson Oaks maintenance team in 2022 as the community was opening its doors. Coincidently, a new door was being opened to Eddie too. After twenty years of diligence, Eddie was officially granted American citizenship.
Residents at Stevenson Oaks are enjoying getting to know one another ever since the community opened its doors this summer.
